Simple, easy returns

​

We know sometimes the fit isn’t right, so our returns policy is simple and easy. Just make sure you make contact via email within 7 days of receiving your item and follow the instructions below.  

 

Need a smaller or bigger size of the same item?

​

If it’s a sizing issue and you think a size swap will solve the problem then we will send another item for free, returning the initial garment is at your cost, so we do encourage you to consider the 'buy one try two" option if you're new to Miss G & Me.^

 

Doesn’t feel right?

​

In this unlikely event, returning your garments in original condition with all tags via Australia Post is at your expense and within 7 days of Australia Post tracking advising your garments have arrived*. 

​

The return payment for the garment cost (not postage) will be made to the original purchase method.

​

Faulty item of clothing?

 

We quality check every item individually so this shouldn’t happen but if it does, you’re very welcome to return the item at no cost to you. Send an email with the details, a pic would be great and then we'll send you a return postage label to print off, and after inspection of the garment will let you know the outcome and if a refund or replacement is due.

How to return your item 

​

  1. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags

  2. Fill in the returns slip - being sure to identify refund/exchange or store credit

  3. Email us at penni@missgandme.com.au so we can start a returns file for you

  4. We will endeavour to reply to your email within 24 hours (M-F)and as long as you email within 7 days of receiving your item, you’re within the return window.

To keep the return postage fees down, use the mailing bag and tissue they arrived in -  turn it inside out before applying the postage label and we'll compost it here in Tasmania.

 

We please ask you to try on all your beautiful new clothes in a makeup and pet hair-free environment - if there is any damage or garments requiring cleaning, we are unable to accept them as returns.

The fine print 

​

We take privacy very seriously: all return form entries will be confidential and shredded once your anonymous data has been extracted.

​

 ^If you are happy to pay the return postage for the second unwanted item, we can send you two sizes to try on - we know fit for a taller individualist is very unique.

​

*An exception - The Selena Boots, Mia Slides and Carolyn Slippers are made to order for you in your choice of colour and size requirement, we encourage you to measure well and double-check the size requirement (call or email us to discuss penni@missgandme.com.au ) as we are unable to return any of these products to the manufacturer (other than faulty). Miss G & Me can offer store credit, but as a custom-made order, we do not provide refunds for changes of mind. Suppose your Selena UGG Boots are too large. In that case, we encourage you to consider purchasing inserts to reduce the size instead of exchanging them - Miss G & Me incurs a $25 fee for all exchanges and additional postage costs that we do not pass on to you.
